Prof. Zhanxu Wang, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, China

Zhanxu Wang, doctor of engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, director of the "Shale Oil and Gas Intelligent Mining Engineering Technology Research Institute" of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, director of the German Technology Transfer Center (Qingdao), and deputy director of the National New Energy Engineering Technology Research Center; he was the deputy chief engineer of the Geological Research Institute of PetroChina Kazakhstan Aktobe Oil and Gas Co., Ltd., chief engineer of Haimo Petroleum and Qingdao Kingwang Technology Co., Ltd., and director of the Science and Technology Department of Qingdao University of Science and Technology. In 2003, he was rated as one of the 1,000 well-known technical experts in Shandong Province by 4 units including the Shandong Provincial Personnel Department. In 2005, he was submitted to the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China for review and approval by the Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and was appointed as an "International Petroleum Science and Technology Cooperation Expert and Peer Review Expert" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. He also holds part-time social positions as a member of the American Society of Petroleum Engineers SPE and a member of the China Petroleum and Natural Gas Society. He is committed to the research direction of intelligent control technology and has research characteristics in "model-free adaptive control algorithms and intelligent numerical control technologies driven by data".As the project leader, Wang Zhanxu has presided over and undertaken 36 provincial and municipal ministries, national scientific research projects and enterprise commissioned projects, including 9 national, Shandong Province and Qingdao City scientific and technological research and natural science fund projects, and 18 commissioned projects from CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC (Appendix 1). He has published 68 papers (Appendix 2, including 6 SCI papers and 2 EI papers), 3 monographs (Appendix 3), and owns 6 national inventions and various patents (Appendix 4). In 2001, he completed "Technology of Synchronous Rotor Internal Mixer" and won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, ranking 6th (Appendix 3). In this project, he presided over and undertook the optimization of manufacturing parameters of design equipment using virtual reality AI and digital simulation technology.

王展旭，男，汉族，1962 年 7 月生，工学博士，教授，博导，青岛科技大学“页岩油气智能开采工程技术研究所”所长，德国技术转移中心（青岛）主任，国家新能源工程技术研究中心副主任；曾任中石油哈萨克斯坦共和国阿克纠宾油气股份公司地质研究院副总师、海默石油和青岛金王科技股份公司总工程师、青岛科技大学科技处处长等职务；2003 年由山东省人事厅等 4 家单位评为山东省千名知名技术专家，2005 年由青岛市科技局报送国家科技部审核通过，被国家科技部聘任为“国际石油科技合作专家和同行评议专家”；社会兼职为美国石油工程师 SPE 学会会员，中国石油与天然气学会会员；致力于智能控制技术研究方向，在“数据驱动下无模型自适应控制算法及智能数控技术”方面具有研究特色。作为项目负责人，王展旭主持承担省市部委、国家级科研项目和企业委托项目 36 项，其中国家级、山东省和青岛市的科技攻关及自然科学基金项目 9 项、中石油和中石化及中海油企业委托项目 18 项（附表 1），发表论文 68 篇（附表 2，其中 SCI6 篇，EI2 篇），出版专著 3 部（附表 3），拥有国家发明及各项专利 6 项（附表 4），2001 年完成《同步转子密炼机的技术》并获国家科技进步二等奖，排名第 6（附件 3），在该项目中主持并承担完成用虚拟现实 AI 及数模技术优化设计设备的制造参数。
