The 2026 3rd International Conference on Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing Technology (RAMT 2026) willbe held during September 11-13, 2026 in Huai'an, China.

Huai'an was established as a county during the Qin Dynasty, boasting over 2,200 years of urban history. The Qinglianggang Site lies within its territory. Once a pivotal hub for grain transport and salt distribution, Huai'an served as the “crossroads where southern ships and northern horses converged.” It housed the Jiangnan River Administration and the Grain Transport Administration, historically ranking among the “Four Great Cities” along the Grand Canal alongside Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Yangzhou. The Huai'an section of the China Grand Canal is inscribed on the World Heritage List, earning Huai'an the title of “China's Canal Capital.” Huai'an is a land of outstanding individuals and a birthplace of great figures, being the hometown of Premier Zhou Enlai. Huai'an serves as a modern central city in northern Yangtze River Delta, a national comprehensive transportation hub, a modern industrial highland in the Jianghuai region, and a cultural gem along the Grand Canal. As a member city of the Nanjing Metropolitan Area and the first city to champion the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt, it holds the titles of National Civilized City, National Sanitary City, National Garden City, and National Environmental Protection Model City. As one of the primary birthplaces of Huaiyang cuisine, it was designated a “World City of Gastronomy” by UNESCO and stands as a cradle of ancient culture in the Jianghuai region. Tourist attractions in Huai'an include the Zhou Enlai Hometown Scenic Area, the New Fourth Army Liu Laozhuang Company Memorial Park, the Huanghuatang New Fourth Army Headquarters Memorial Hall, the Former Site of the Jiangsu-Anhui Border Region Government Memorial Hall, the Li Canal Cultural Corridor, Qingyan Garden, and Huai'an Xiyou Amusement Park.
