Prof. Zhang Zhang, Hefei University of Technology, China

Zhang Zhang, male, born in 1982, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, is currently working in the School of Microelectronics, Hefei University of Technology. He was a visiting scholar at Georgia Institute of Technology in United States. He is a senior member of China Computer Association, a member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and a member of IEEE. He serves as a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Electronics and Information Technology. In 2010, he graduated from the State Key Laboratory of Application-Specific Integrated Circuits and Systems from Fudan University with a Ph.D. degree. He has won the first prize of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, and has presided over 5 teaching and research projects, including 1 at the provincial level and 4 at the school level. His main research interests are mixed-signal chip design and AI neuromorphic chips based on hybrid devices. He has presided over 18 longitudinal projects and 6 projects commissioned by enterprises, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund/General Project/Youth Fund), the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Research Project, the Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Project, the Open Project of the Key Laboratory of the State/Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Hefei Key Generic Technology R&D "Unveiling the Leader" Project. As the first/corresponding author, he has published 32 papers in SCI journals such as Nature Communications (NC) and IEEE journals, including 2 Nature Communications papers and 8 IEEE journal papers. It has 17 authorized national invention patents.

张章，男，1982年出生，博士，教授，博士生导师，现就职于合肥工业大学微电子学院。国家公派赴美国佐治亚理工学院访问学者。中国计算机协会高级会员，中国电子学会会员，IEEE会员。担任《电子与信息学报》编委。2010年毕业于复旦大学专用集成电路与系统国家重点实验室，获理学博士学位。曾获安徽省教学成果奖一等奖，主持教研项目5项，包括省级1项，校级4项。主要科研方向为混合信号芯片设计和基于混合器件的AI神经形态芯片。主持科研项目包括国家自然科学基金(区域创新发展联合基金/面上项目/青年基金)、教育部博士点基金、安徽省科技攻关项目、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目、国家/中科院重点实验室开放课题，合肥市关键共性技术研发“揭榜挂帅“项目等纵向课题18项及企业委托课题6项。以第一/通讯作者在自然通讯（NC）、IEEE期刊等SCI期刊发表论文32篇，其中自然通讯2篇，IEEE期刊论文8篇。拥有17项授权国家发明专利。
