Prof. Zhengming Xiao from Kunming University of Science and Technology

肖正明教授，昆明理工大学

Zhengming Xiao, Ph.D., is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Recognized as a Young Top talent and Industrial Innovation Expert under the Yunnan Provincial "Science and Technology Talent Support Program". Research areas include mechanical dynamics analysis and control, robotic mechanisms, underwater vehicle propulsion, and optimization of equipment service performance. He has led three National Natural Science Foundation projects, three Yunnan Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, and three other provincial and ministerial-level projects. Undertaken over 20 enterprise-commissioned projects and contributed to national and provincial key research and development programs. His academic achievements include over 40 SCI/EI journal papers, 6 authorized invention patents, and more than 10 utility model patents. He has been awarded a provincial science and technology progress prize and has published a planned textbook for graduate students in mechanical engineering.

肖正明，博士、教授、博士生导师，机电工程学院副院长。云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年拔尖、产业创新人才，主要从事机械动力学分析与控制、机器人机构学、水下航行器驱动、装备服役性能优化等方面的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金3项、云南省自然科学基金3项、以及其它省部级项目3项，承担企业委托项目20余项，参与国家重点研发计划、省重点研发计划等项目；发表SCI/EI期刊论文40余篇，授权发明专利6项，实用新型专利10余项，获省科技进步奖1项，出版机械工程研究生规划教材1本。
